Pseudo fix for web browser

Alright so I think the issue is too many shots on the screen at once. The game lags considerably during boss fights so I think I'll rework them to use less shots but keep the same DPS. Typically what I do is make the shots harder to dodge by increasing their speed. That and I can also double their damage but shoot half as often. 

Also I'm gonna come up with more enemies that still represent the same amount of damage and health as normal but with less entities (enemies and shots) on the screen.
